- Develop and deliver product features across the full stack, from the database and APIs to the frontend.

- Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability.
- Reduce technical debt and improve the performance and reliability of existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high quality standards.
- Support the team through documentation, support rotations, and technical assistance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in software development.
- Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, and Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalents).
- Comfortable working across the full stack, including backend, databases, and frontend.
- Solid fundamentals in software development: Git, testing, debugging, and code review.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with users.
- A pragmatic builder who values execution and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and proactively takes initiative to resolve issues.
- Collaborative, curious, and motivated by continuous learning.
