Responsibilities
Implement the operating model based on strategy and positioning, operational excellence, growth, and product and technology strategy.

Drive revenue growth, including through cross-selling and expansion into new markets.
Lead initiatives and resolve issues related to sales, customer success, and research and development.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee product roadmaps and strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Assume full P&L responsibility and achieve key financial metrics, including revenue, ROI, and EBITDA.
Manage capital allocation and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management.
Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Provide clear direction and motivate teams to achieve key milestones and measurable results.
Requirements
More than 6 years of experience in management consulting and/or within a technology or software company.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a significant asset.
Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer-centric, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Experience in sales, customer service, and/or product development/research and development is an asset.
Strong financial skills, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Demonstrated experience building, leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
Experience engaging teams around shared objectives.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate a vision into concrete action plans and deliver results.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively.
