About the role

  • Client Management Coordinator supporting Assurant’s mobile, retail, and technology brand programs in Ontario. Coordinating launches, client requests, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and launch of new client programs by coordinating activities across internal stakeholders and functional teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, program support needs, and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex matters when appropriate
  • Track client deliverables, commitments, requests, reporting requirements, and follow-up activities
  • Analyze operational and client data
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Identify trends and provide actionable business insights
  • Drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and program performance

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in client support, account coordination, customer success, project coordination, operations support, or a related business environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and support business decisions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools would be helpful
  • Experience supporting client relationships, account management activities, customer escalations, or stakeholder coordination would be helpful
  • Background in telecommunications, mobile, wireless, retail, device protection, trade-in programs, or related industries would be helpful
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment in ambiguous environments
  • Must complete a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by law
