Client Management Coordinator supporting Assurant’s mobile, retail, and technology brand programs in Ontario. Coordinating launches, client requests, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and launch of new client programs by coordinating activities across internal stakeholders and functional teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, program support needs, and issue resolution
Escalate complex matters when appropriate
Track client deliverables, commitments, requests, reporting requirements, and follow-up activities
Analyze operational and client data
Develop reports and dashboards
Identify trends and provide actionable business insights
Drive process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and program performance
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in client support, account coordination, customer success, project coordination, operations support, or a related business environment
Demonstrated analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and support business decisions
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools would be helpful
Experience supporting client relationships, account management activities, customer escalations, or stakeholder coordination would be helpful
Background in telecommunications, mobile, wireless, retail, device protection, trade-in programs, or related industries would be helpful
Ability to work independently with sound judgment in ambiguous environments
Must complete a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by law
