About the role
- Product Manager leading Autodesk's internal developer platform to enhance developer productivity across the software development lifecycle. Collaborating with engineering and UX teams to drive innovation and influence strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and pain points in the developer experience
- Manage a prioritized roadmap for Autodesk’s internal developer platform
- Translate business and user needs into platform features
- Conduct competitive and industry research
- Collaborate with engineering, user experience (UX), and research teams
- Drive product decisions and the platform’s evolution
- Present platform strategy and outcomes to leadership
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of product management experience
- Strong expertise in platforms or developer productivity tools
- Proven experience delivering platform features for enterprise-scale internal engineering teams
- Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, CloudBees, Artifactory, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace
- Experience integrating or evaluating AI-based developer tools
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Ability to manage complex cross-organization initiatives and communicate with executive audiences
