About the role

Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor guiding Aviva Canada customers through auto collision investigations and claims decisions. Hybrid Markham role focused on customer service and regulatory best practices.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the claims process by investigating auto collision claims and looking after their needs
Comply with company and industry regulatory practices
Deliver best-practice claims handling methods and take responsibility for customer and claims outcomes
Work autonomously in a digital environment
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with claims-handling best practices
Contribute to special projects and provide feedback supporting initiatives for an outstanding customer experience

1–2 years of auto claims adjusting experience is an asset
1–2 years of experience in a call center environment is an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive approach to improving processes and customer experience
Ability to work within and positively add to the organizational culture and values
Availability to work rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday
