About the role
- Technical Product Manager bridging business stakeholders with engineering teams at BCD Travel. Overseeing technical delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems, requests, and customer needs
- Assess and prioritize work based on business value, risk, and feasibility
- Lead project kick-offs with internal teams and external delivery partners
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Communicate features, timelines, risks, and progress clearly and proactively
- Create and maintain documentation in Confluence
- Act as the product and platform subject matter expert
Requirements
- Experience in technical product management, product ownership, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with platform or data‑driven products is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
