About the role

  • Creative Strategist leading creative strategies and execution for a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. Handling creative processes from ideation to execution with full ownership in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate & execute creative iterations and net new ad concepts
  • Write high-performing copy for your ad concepts
  • Ideate & execute performance landing pages (advertorials, listicles, etc.)
  • Analyze creative performance, do market research, and uncover winning angles
  • Build and maintain creative systems (Notion, GSheets, swipe files, etc.)
  • Help recruit and grow the creative team (editors, UGC, designers, etc.)
  • Lead and manage the execution pipeline across all creative roles

Requirements

  • 3+ years in direct response creative strategy, ideally in high-spend environments ($1MM+/mo)
  • Deep experience in both creative strategy and copywriting
  • Proven ability to translate insights into high-performing creatives that deliver revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-output startup environment.
