About the role
- Supply Management Consultant developing integrated insurance and financial-services offerings at Beneva. Leading market analysis, product positioning, budgets, and cross-functional workgroups.
Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze external and internal environments and develop a comprehensive overview of market and product segments
- Define the positioning of offerings and the product mix for each customer segment in collaboration with partners
- Explore new offerings, value propositions, and enhancements to existing offerings based on feedback from members and partners
- Develop a plan and oversee the development of high-potential priority offerings
- Prepare and present business cases to managers and senior executives
- Lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional working groups
- Determine and manage budgets associated with offerings
- Contribute to the implementation of models, tools, and processes, and measure the performance of offering strategies using key performance indicators
- Support the marketing team in bringing offerings to market
- Contribute to developing expertise in offering management at Beneva
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in an appropriate discipline, such as marketing, finance, actuarial science, or another related field
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing or developing offerings, markets, or products
- Demonstrate ease in analyzing quantitative data
- Have a strong understanding of the insurance market, preferably in individual insurance and financial services
- Have excellent French-language skills, both spoken and written
- Have intermediate English-language proficiency, both spoken and written
