About the role
- Senior Data Scientist developing Generative AI solutions for enterprise automation at Blanc Labs. Analyzing business processes and deploying AI-driven strategies across various operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunities
- Design and implement AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize operations
- Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations
- Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world business applications
- Develop GPT-based solutions , including: Text generation and summarization, Contextual search and embeddings, Multilingual translation systems
- Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making
- Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure)
Requirements
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI
- Experience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools
- Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Experience building data pipelines and analytics dashboards
- Ability to map business processes to AI-driven solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience driving enterprise automation initiatives
