About the role
- Senior SAP Syniti Consultant developing ETL solutions for data integration at Bridge Atlantic. Collaborating with teams to optimize SAP data migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL processes using SAP Syniti for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Lead data migration efforts for SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules.
- Optimize Syniti jobs for performance and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping and transformation logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Syniti Data Migration and data integration
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related data structures
- Experience with data migration tools such as SAP LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
