About the role
- Business System Analyst driving documentation for software solutions at Broadridge. Collaborating with IT and business partners to analyze requirements and produce deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design review meetings with system architects and product development team
- Create, manage and maintain all project deliverables including BRD, functional specifications
- Act as liaison between all project stakeholders
- Facilitate configuration meetings with clients and implement product configurations
- Capture, document, and memorialize configurations
- Perform quality assurance testing during the development phase
- Provide demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years working experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/BSA
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience at dealing with clients/users at all levels
- Presentation skills of technical solutions to business audiences
- At least 3 years working with in an agile system development life cycle environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical, negotiation and writing skills
- Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Strong experience with SharePoint, JIRA
- Working knowledge of XML, HTML and CSS
