Senior IT AI Architect/Designer needed for enterprise AI and CX transformation at Ontario government. Onsite in Toronto, contract until 2027.
About the role
- Senior AI Skill Builder at Broccolini developing, testing, and refining AI skills across various business domains. Focused on speed, iteration, and operational impact in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI skills of varying complexity based on specifications generated during workshops
- Deliver approximately 8 to 12 deployment-ready AI skills per month
- Perform testing and validation of AI skills prior to final review and deployment
- Maintain skill documentation and update the internal AI skills registry
- Support user training sessions and collect feedback from teams
- Build test-case libraries and QA processes for different departments
- Continuously improve outcomes through iteration and prompt refinement
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data, or a related field
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflow tools
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, autonomous environment
- Strong execution skills and an experimental mindset
