• Own key product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, with clear success metrics
• Translate company strategy into product initiatives and prioritized work
• Lead customer discovery, synthesize feedback, and use data to identify opportunities
• Define product requirements and shape solutions with Engineering and Success
• Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Leadership
• Support and improve scalable product operations processes and tooling
• Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing/packaging considerations, launches, and enablement
• Ensure product experiences are scalable, intuitive, and measurable while balancing UX, technical constraints, and business needs
• Create product briefs, requirements, decision documents, and release notes/announcements
• Collaborate with product team members to improve craft, clarity, and customer-centric decision-making
• Own a major product bet or cross-team initiative producing measurable impact
• Improve delivery cadences, prioritization, documentation, outcome measurement, discovery, experimentation, stakeholder alignment, and ways of working
• Report to the Head of Product

• Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, and partner channels to drive pipeline and awareness
• Support planning and on-site execution for conferences and trade shows, including logistics, booth strategy, staffing coordination, and pre/post-event follow-up
• Support brand marketing efforts, including messaging consistency, content development, and campaign creative
• Contribute to product marketing initiatives such as launches, sales enablement content, and positioning
• Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing campaigns, joint content, and shared events
• Manage marketing programs in HubSpot, including campaign builds, email sends, landing pages, and workflow automation
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Manage vendor and event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Report to the Director of Marketing
• Work closely with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership to bring TestAssure's story to the market
