About the role
- GTM Engineer rebuilding CRM, routing and AI workflows for CV Labs, CanadaVisa’s immigration law and growth studio. Improving sales efficiency across legal service units.
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue system across every CV Labs service unit, from first form fill through signed retainer and referrals
- Audit each unit's funnel across the technology stack and produce a ranked action plan
- Audit and improve attribution so signed retainers can be traced to contributing ads, articles or referrals
- Standardize statuses, pipelines, custom fields and smart views across service units
- Retire unowned workflows and maintain rep domains, mailbox authentication, SMS, dialers and deliverability
- Design lead routing and speed-to-lead processes
- Build behavior-triggered follow-up workflows
- Build AI agents for pre-call briefs, CRM updates, approved follow-up drafts and overnight CRM hygiene
- Own and prioritize a backlog of agents, workflows and internal tools
- Scope, prototype, measure, monitor and maintain builds, including cost tracking and fallbacks
- Establish legal-firm guardrails for client-facing copy, legal advice and client data access
- Create reusable pipeline, routing and reporting templates for new service units
- Partner with an AI engineer on design while owning the CRM, workflows, routing, rep tools, agents and reporting definitions
- Track rep hours saved, speed-to-lead, follow-up coverage, attribution coverage and trusted revenue reporting
Requirements
- Experience running GTM engineering for a sales team of 15 or more
- Built a system around a CRM or rebuilt a CRM
- Expert in vibe coding; weekly use of Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools
- Ability to read and test code
- Ability to keep secrets and client data out of prompts and repositories
- Ability to connect tools through APIs and webhooks without waiting on engineering
- Ability to prune obsolete workflows before adding new ones
- Ability to write process documentation a GTM team can follow on first read
- Experience treating sales representatives as users by observing calls and workflows
- CRM administration experience is a bonus
- Microsoft 365 automation experience with Power Automate, Bookings or Exchange is a bonus
- Experience in legal, financial services or another regulated industry is a bonus
- Must be able to work from the Toronto office on a hybrid schedule
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
