Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand goals, pain points, and workflow challenges
- Design end-to-end Power Apps solutions
- Identify automation opportunities with stakeholders
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows
- Develop reusable components
- Manage work in Jira or Azure Boards
- Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL/Azure SQL, and other services
- Produce high-quality documentation
- Support Power Platform administration activities
- Provide production support
- Contribute to the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence
- Mentor junior developers and business makers
Requirements
- Proven experience partnering with business teams to map processes
- A related degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Eight years plus of application or automation development experience
- Five plus years of developing enterprise solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Deep technical proficiency across the Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience integrating with Azure services and REST APIs
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use Copilot and advanced AI capabilities within the Power Platform
