Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the stores department and staff housing at Churchill Health Centre
Supervise 2 stores clerks
Coordinate and manage stores, inventory, and housing-related operations
Support system changes and coordinate projects
Handle sensitive information confidentially
Present complex, controversial, or sensitive information to stakeholders
Produce correspondence for staff and leadership audiences
Transfer and manage stock across storage areas and shelving
Handle dangerous goods in accordance with WHMIS regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year working in a health care setting
Supply Chain experience in a health care setting
Previous experience with medical/surgical supplies
Knowledge of medical terminology
Demonstrated leadership experience in a health care facility
Experience meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems
Complete high school education, Manitoba Standards, required
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Eligible for registration with applicable professional licensing body, if applicable
Working knowledge of Access database software required
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Knowledge of the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Act
