• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting all parts-related inquiries
• Prepare accurate parts quotations for mine sites and shop operations
• Process and manage customer purchase orders, including major shutdown orders
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues
• Process customer returns, credits, and related documentation
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to assist with invoice and payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate records within component tracking systems and generate reports as needed
• Support parts sourcing activities by working with external vendors when required
• Report to the Manager, Warehouse Operations
