About the role
- Technical Product Manager scaling foundational platform services for Caseware’s accounting and audit software. Driving APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, and cross-team product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Help design, build, and scale foundational platform services powering the Caseware Cloud portfolio
- Contribute to the roadmap for core platform services including APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integration frameworks
- Translate platform strategy into product requirements and user stories with measurable success criteria
- Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog items, refine requirements, and support sprint planning and delivery
- Ensure platform capabilities meet enterprise scalability, security, and reliability standards
- Collaborate with Caseware product teams to identify shared capability needs and integration opportunities
- Connect engineering and vertical product teams to support delivery and adoption of platform services
- Participate in technical design discussions and clarify trade-offs and dependencies
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption metrics
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams
- Support backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint reviews
- Contribute to templates, integration guides, and platform release documentation
- Learn from and collaborate with senior and principal product managers
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events/notifications infrastructure, and modern cloud-based architectures
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value
- Proven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms (preferred)
- Exposure to data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems (preferred)
- Experience in AI-native product development environments using agentic tools (preferred)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field (preferred)
- Successful completion of a background check through Certn.co for candidates receiving an offer
