About the role

  • Account Coordinator managing customer portfolios, billing, KPIs, and service quality for CHEP’s sustainable pallet-sharing logistics network. Driving account health, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through inbound calls and emails
  • Manage a defined customer portfolio and account health
  • Address account issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Analyze customer operational data, cycle times, and asset movements
  • Lead account reconciliation processes and conduct audits
  • Prepare, track, and communicate KPI reports
  • Identify value-creation opportunities and develop customer solutions
  • Resolve invoice disputes and operational challenges through root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Finance, IS/IT, Operations, Logistics, Asset Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
  • Develop and implement predictive account-health metrics
  • Maintain customer contact across the territory at least four times annually
  • Monitor billing, transactions, account KPIs, pallet audits, balances, invoices, and CRM service requests
  • Manage sales and customer service activities to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Monitor payment trends, DSO, aging reports, and credit balances
  • Implement CHEP best practices, products, services, technology, policies, and self-service options
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, service quality, and revenue growth
  • Support CHEP Health & Safety and Zero Harm initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
  • 3-5 years Sales/Service experience in a service company
  • Experience with financial measures and Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience working successfully in a matrix structure
  • Customer account relationship management experience
  • Ability to drive service quality resulting in greater and sustainable customer satisfaction
  • Expertise in eliminating waste in business processes using Six Sigma/Lean tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to build, maintain, validate, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methodologies preferred
  • Experience working with SAP preferred
