About the role
- Senior Fullstack Engineer building AI-focused features for a financial planning and analysis SaaS platform. Owning scalable full-stack development across TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap
- Design, develop, and take end-to-end ownership of complex features and software components
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
- Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture
- Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements
- Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams
- Work directly with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to design and ship critical, AI-focused product features
Requirements
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
- Solid experience building frontends with React
- Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or strongly frontend-leaning engineer with backend comfort
- Experience with MongoDB as an application database
- Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable working directly with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas and align with a remote-first work culture
- 5–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Interest in or experience with AI/ML-focused product development
- Background in fintech, financial software, or data infrastructure products

- Salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually
