About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leading full-cycle hiring for Clio’s legal AI platform. Partnering with GTM and corporate leaders across Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic talent partner for GTM or G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Operations, and People
  • Own senior-level and high-impact roles end-to-end through full-cycle recruitment in Canada and the U.S.
  • Develop and execute data-informed hiring strategies to meet quarterly targets
  • Partner with business leaders on hiring strategies, quarterly hiring targets, and candidate experience
  • Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines through sourcing, talent intelligence, and market insights
  • Assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit while championing Clio’s mission and values
  • Improve and streamline talent acquisition processes and introduce best practices
  • Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering against ambitious hiring goals while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong data literacy using metrics, talent intelligence, and market insights
  • Consultative, strategic mindset and solutions-oriented problem-solving
  • Deep grounding in recruitment and HR best practices, fairness, and compliance
  • Expertise across sourcing and attraction channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, events, talent mapping, and proactive market engagement
  • Proficiency engaging, nurturing, and converting passive candidates
  • Curiosity and growth mindset, including willingness to embrace AI-powered tools
  • Experience with Workday ATS, Gem and Talent Insights is a bonus
  • Experience leading or shaping diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives is a bonus
