About the role

Gestionnaire de projets en ingénierie pour Coke Canada, gérant des projets de construction pluriannuels à travers le pays. Coordonner les équipes et assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage multi-year construction projects at one of the company's 50 distribution facilities
Coordinate, plan, and lead construction project activities from initiation through completion
Define and validate scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables during planning and execution phases to ensure project success
Participate in bid evaluation and vendor selection
Prepare and execute contractual agreements with vendors, partners, and subcontractors
Hire and manage the activities of selected subcontractors and suppliers
Establish quality control systems to ensure required specifications are met
Develop a multi-year capital projects plan for assigned facilities in collaboration with strategic and operations teams
Implement construction projects in collaboration with operations teams to minimize disruptions to business activities
Communicate with site supervisors and trades to ensure project requirements are understood and followed
Provide project management and building/facilities expertise, manage project cash flows, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage the process to add vendors to approved lists for procurement, hiring, and oversight

University degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or structural) or a related discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience
Technical expertise in buildings and facilities
Bilingualism preferred (French and English)
