About the role

  • Gestionnaire de projets en ingénierie chez Coke Canada, gérant jusqu'à 7 usines de production. Promouvoir l'efficacité et l'innovation dans les opérations avec un fort accent sur la collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-year projects that may simultaneously involve up to 7 production plants and 64 field operations sites
  • Execute project plans and ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met
  • Provide expertise regarding equipment, machinery usage, water treatment operations, syrup production, etc., to ensure operational efficiency in production facilities
  • Define equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers
  • Manage the process of adding suppliers to the approved vendor list
  • Participate in bid evaluation and supplier selection
  • Develop a multi-year capital asset plan for all production plants and field operations sites, in collaboration with other project managers and with support from the Director of Engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is an asset
  • At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience as a plant manager or operations director in the soft drinks/beverage industry
  • At least eight (8) years of operations or maintenance experience if no university degree has been obtained
  • Technical expertise related to facilities, processes, and/or machinery used in the beverage industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly express ideas, opinions, and technical information during presentations
  • Strong organizational skills and good analytical abilities
  • Experience with various software applications, including ERP systems (SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite
