About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage multi-year projects that may simultaneously involve up to 7 production plants and 64 field operations sites
- Execute project plans and ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met
- Provide expertise regarding equipment, machinery usage, water treatment operations, syrup production, etc., to ensure operational efficiency in production facilities
- Define equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers
- Manage the process of adding suppliers to the approved vendor list
- Participate in bid evaluation and supplier selection
- Develop a multi-year capital asset plan for all production plants and field operations sites, in collaboration with other project managers and with support from the Director of Engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is an asset
- At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience as a plant manager or operations director in the soft drinks/beverage industry
- At least eight (8) years of operations or maintenance experience if no university degree has been obtained
- Technical expertise related to facilities, processes, and/or machinery used in the beverage industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly express ideas, opinions, and technical information during presentations
- Strong organizational skills and good analytical abilities
- Experience with various software applications, including ERP systems (SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite
