Responsibilities
Manage multi-year projects for up to five production plants.
Execute project plans and ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Provide expertise on equipment, machinery operation, water treatment processes, syrup production, and related areas to ensure efficient operations at production facilities.
Define equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
Manage the process of adding suppliers to the approved vendor list.
Participate in bid evaluations and supplier selection.
Develop a multi-year capital plan for all production plants and field operations sites.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is an asset.
At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience as a plant manager or operations director in the carbonated soft drinks industry.
At least eight (8) years of operations or maintenance experience if no university degree is held.
Technical expertise related to facilities, processes, and/or machinery used in the beverage industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly convey ideas, opinions, and technical information during presentations and technical briefings.
Strong organizational skills and good analytical ability.
Experience with various software applications, including enterprise resource planning systems (SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite.
