- 10+ years IT experience
- 7+ years DevOps production experience in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 3+ years experience defining strategic and tactical initiatives and roadmap planning
- Strong understanding of DevOps frameworks and implementing DevOps infrastructure (i.e., CI/CD, automation, IaC)
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles
