About the role

Senior Product Manager overseeing AI platform development at Cority. Leading cross-functional teams and managing product operations with a focus on AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers
Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority's AI platform in partnership with engineering and the key stakeholders across value chain
Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership
Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements
Own the tools and processes that keep the team running
Work alongside domain PMs to ensure platform capabilities meet real product needs and use cases ship on time

10+ years in product management, with a strong track record of working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
Proven ability to write clear user stories, manage complex backlogs, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable working across engineering, product, and executive audiences
Experience owning platform or infrastructure products is a plus
Experience working on AI or ML products in a production environment
Has taken AI features from concept through production and owned them post-launch — improving quality, responding to failures, and iterating based on real-world signal
Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production, managing failure modes and the complexity that comes with multi-agent workflows
Has owned observability and evaluation for AI products in production — defining what good looks like, tracking it over time, and using signal to drive improvement
Treats security, safety guardrails, data governance, and trust as foundational design decisions from day one
Hands-on experience with AI development frameworks or tooling is a strong plus
Proficient with Aha and Jira or equivalent product and project management tools
Experienced running agile ceremonies and keeping engineering teams on track
