Cruva

growth-marketing

Cruva is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps brands and agencies scale TikTok Shop affiliate programs. It provides TikTok Shop–specific creator discovery, automated outreach, full-pipeline CRM for managing samples and content, private creator communities, competitor intelligence, and cross-channel “halo” measurement to attribute revenue beyond affiliate clicks. Cruva is built for high-volume affiliate activation and measures creator-driven GMV and downstream impacts on paid ads, branded search, and site/retail sales.

• Own the full growth funnel: paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, email and lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
• Build and own the growth roadmap, including experiments, channel mix, and prioritization.
• Define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, activation rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to close the loop between acquisition and retention.
• Hire and lead a small growth team as we scale.
