About the role
- Intermediate Electrical Engineer at Pario Engineering in Woodbridge, ON, designing and assessing electrical systems. Preparing designs, inspecting installations, and collaborating with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Complete electrical code reviews, load calculations
- Prepare electrical design layouts and schematics
- Inspect field installations
- Participate in meetings with clients and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Professional Registration (EIT or P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer working with designing or maintenance of electrical systems for buildings and commercial installations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients and construction contractors
- Familiarity with Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
- Ability to travel to job sites within Ontario
