About the role
- Programmer analyst involved in IT efficiency and quality for Desjardins. Analyzing, designing, and developing software products and solutions, while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software products
- Analyze client and partner requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
- Develop complex execution strategies, analyze, design and document business products and solutions
- Write procedures, guidelines and development methods
- Help develop documentation for training purposes to peers and users
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
- Lead software package installations and testing as well as in-house application deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
