Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer contract role in Toronto, ON. Must have strong AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD experience.
About the role
- AI CI/CD Platform Administrator at Desjardins managing CI/CD platforms and integrating AI capabilities into development. Focus on operational support and continuous improvement initiatives as part of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI capabilities (Copilot, agents, automated analysis) to improve code quality, the validation process and pipeline automation.
- Help optimize development processes through smart automation.
- Frame the use of AI technologies (security, compliance, data management).
- Define and promote organizational standards related to AI in DevOps practices.
- Maintain and evolve the continuous delivery platform (tools, integrations and practices) to improve the experience and efficiency of development teams.
- Design, deploy and operate the CI/CD infrastructure while ensuring its performance, security and evolution.
- Help the development teams with the adoption of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of practices and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of six years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD platforms
- Experience with platforms supporting artificial intelligence workloads (containers, orchestration and cloud)
- Experience in AI applied to development (example: Copilot)
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in DevSecOps concepts and application security
- Proficiency with challenges related to integrating AI components into delivery pipelines (deployment, validation, observability and performance)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
