About the role
- Desjardins IT analyst designing and maintaining systems, infrastructure, networks, and database solutions. Supporting automation, diagnostics, change management, and technology improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade products, libraries, software, business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and medium-scale database servers
- Analyze and help diagnose issues related to the development, administration and stability of IT systems, library deliveries and infrastructure operations
- Provide opinions in accordance with the discipline's rules
- Help develop recommendations and implementation plans
- Develop tools, methods and processes
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making for choosing IT solutions and automating appropriate tasks or infrastructure components
- Identify situations that could significantly affect environmental quality and stability

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
