About the role
- Business strategy analyst shaping business intelligence, requirements, and transformation solutions for Desjardins. Supporting complex initiatives from needs assessment through rollout in hybrid Montréal or Lévis locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance
- Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Analyze business needs and context for large-scale, innovative projects and initiatives
- Formalize business objectives and their value to the organization
- Identify, clarify the scope of, assess and recommend business solutions
- Analyze solution impacts on the organization and ensure integration from needs assessment through rollout
- Make recommendations on planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple fields
- Lead and serve as specialist to teams and decision-making bodies
- Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs
- Formalize objectives, model business processes and communicate requirements
- Develop solutions aligned with business objectives and perform end-to-end requirements traceability
- Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans
- Support the business sector during solution rollout
- Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
