Responsibilities
- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance
- Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Analyze business needs and context for strategic cross-sector projects and initiatives
- Formalize business objectives and their value to the organization
- Identify, clarify scope of, assess and recommend business solutions
- Analyze solution impacts on the organization and ensure integration from needs assessment through rollout
- Make recommendations on planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across a wide range of fields
- Lead, influence and serve as an expert to teams, senior management and decision-making bodies
- Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs
- Identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements
- Work with users to develop solutions aligned with business objectives
- Analyze stakeholder impacts, identify prerequisites and internal dependencies, ensure a cross-sector solution vision and perform end-to-end requirements traceability
- Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans
- Support the business sector during solution rollout
- Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
