Responsibilities
Design, institute and coordinate the legal and regulatory compliance framework
Enforce related rules and help ensure officer and employee behaviours comply with organizational standards
Analyze and diagnose issues, provide discipline-specific advice, and develop recommendations and implementation plans
Develop tools, methods and processes
Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor management policies and practices
Conduct research, studies and analysis to update recommendations and monitor business line activities
Analyze risks and write reports
Prepare recommendations and provide advice on implementation
Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Support unit activities and initiatives that balance business needs, requirements and best practices
Help practitioners interpret and implement compliance programs, policies, standards and procedures
Interact with stakeholders in other fields and provide discipline-specific support to the unit, clients and partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to identify, analyze and interpret data
Ability to conduct research, studies and analysis
Ability to analyze risks and write reports
Knowledge of compliance programs, policies, standards and procedures
Extensive knowledge of the line of work and business line
Analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
