About the role

Post-grant Analyst validating financing documents, guarantees, and disbursements for Desjardins. Supporting file finalization, documentation, and employee coaching.

Responsibilities

Validate document and contract consistency and compliance, including conditions and guarantees
Prepare activity plans for BBO SSC to handle contract and guarantee preparation until guarantees are published and the loan is disbursed
Complete the disbursement roadmap
Finalize files through activities such as archiving and following up on missing files
Follow up with members/clients and collaborators
Work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files
Assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date
Support employee coaching and training

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Business insight
Ability to manage complex situations
Knowledge of applicable standards and legislation
Knowledge of financing applications, contracts, guarantees, and disbursement processes
