About the role
- Desjardins Product Owner shaping member experiences and strategic product backlogs. Advising stakeholders and coaching product owners across complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst to ensure solutions meet user needs and expected benefits are delivered
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders
- Lead squads and stakeholders in planning, feasibility and development projects and strategic initiatives
- Make recommendations on complex projects and files affecting business sectors
- Establish product backlogs for projects, mandates and development activities
- Advise and assist clients and partners with strategic projects and mandates
- Oversee development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs
- Identify and analyze major problems and issues; develop diagnostics and recommendations
- Coach other product owners
- Represent the unit in dealings with decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins Group's position in agreements with partners and external organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
