Responsibilities
- Participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software products
- Develop execution strategies, analyze and develop software products (design, code, and automate run tests)
- Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability
- Provide technical support for IT operations, analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex system issues
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
