About the role

Project Control Officer responsible for ensuring project delivery and performance at Desjardins. Monitoring scopes, budgets, and facilitating project management best practices in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor project scopes, budgets and timelines in order to produce reports
Anticipate, identify and analyze trends and discrepancies and suggest solutions to help the team meet their performance indicators
Assist the team with risk, issue and document management
Ensure project management best practices are followed
Help the team update the timeline by keeping track of milestones and key dates for squads and contributors
Monitor and analyze the plan, make resource capacity recommendations and update the project plan.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
