About the role
- Senior Advisor designing and integrating generative AI solutions for Desjardins, North America’s largest cooperative financial group. Driving adoption through training, change management and scalable AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI solutions tailored to business and technology needs
- Define user journeys, operating rules, knowledge sources and validation mechanisms for reliable, high-performance solutions
- Document lessons learned, design choices and best practices to promote reuse and scaling
- Identify, analyze and prioritize high-potential opportunities based on business value, feasibility, complexity and risks
- Work with business sectors and multidisciplinary teams to translate needs into practical productivity and efficiency solutions
- Plan and support solution implementation, including documentation, communications, training and post-deployment assistance
- Design and facilitate training, support and adoption activities for generative AI tools
- Simplify generative AI, AI agent, prompt and automation concepts for diverse audiences in French and English
- Contribute to change management and facilitate a community of practice while measuring adoption, realized benefits and improvement opportunities
- Monitor emerging technologies and contribute to practices, guides and methodologies for consistent, sustainable and secure generative AI use
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in adoption, training, change management or helping teams integrate new practices and solutions
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
- Proficiency with IT ecosystems, agile practices, technological solutions delivery and DevSecOps principles
- Proficiency with generative AI solutions, including prompt concepts, AI agents and specialized assistants
- Proficiency designing, configuring, testing and developing solutions using Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Cowork, Power Platform and comparable tools
- Proficiency with knowledge mobilization, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
