About the role

Senior legal advisor guiding Desjardins clients on notarial law and estate planning. Developing strategic partnerships, retention initiatives, and tailored client solutions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and act on business and partnership opportunities to boost the organization’s development and profitability
Advise members, clients and stakeholders to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic initiatives
Develop, retain and ensure the satisfaction of members, clients and stakeholders
Develop retention tactics and strategies
Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in the specialty area and make recommendations
Lead clients and practitioners on sales and service development projects, initiatives and activities impacting multiple business sectors
Analyze complex problems and develop and implement personalized solutions tailored to client needs
Serve as specialist and resource person for the unit, members and clients
Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
Help represent Desjardins and enter the organization into important agreements with clients
Develop and maintain business relationships and partnerships with important clients
