About the role
- Senior security advisor developing security measures and overseeing strategic initiatives at Desjardins Group. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to optimize security posture.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale development projects, initiatives and activities in your specialty area that have a significant knock-on effect on the entire organization.
- Design, update, implement and monitor complex action plans, programs, solutions and tools requiring comprehensive and in-depth security knowledge to balance business needs, requirements and best practices.
- Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility.
- Identify, analyze, report and diagnose major issues and recommend solutions to decision-making bodies.
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit's strategic projects and initiatives.
- Represent your unit to decision-making bodies for agreements with external partners and organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Mutual fund representative certificate from the Ontario Securities Commission
- Knowledge of French is required
