Responsibilities
- Support team management and coordinate activities, action plans, and initiatives
- Coach and guide a team composed primarily of highly experienced professionals
- Assign tasks and activities, and regularly monitor progress
- Support talent development and employee engagement
- Develop business positions and lead and influence senior management and decision-making bodies
- Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
- Ensure projects and activities are planned and executed on time and on budget
- Manage results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction
- Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
- Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with organization’s practices
- Manage the budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
