Responsibilities
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for performing the required Quality Program responsibilities and for providing support to the field Operations
Ensure the operations are carried out in accordance with the established Quality Program standards
Support in the review of various Quality processes, including documentation, process audits, and auditing system functionality
Promote, develop, and oversee compliance of Dexterra Quality system in Remote and Hospitality locations across Canada
Assure compliance to customer requirements, and maintain and improve Quality policies, standards, procedures, programs, and practices
Model, teach, and drive Dexterra programs, policies and safety culture.
Requirements
Bilingual in both written and conversational English and French
Excellent written skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports
Fact based and data driven, with a high attention to detail
Strong communication, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office suite; word and excel essential
Self-starter, and able to succeed in a fluid and fast-paced work environment
Strong problem solving and leadership skills
Possess strong people management and relations skills
Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines
Able to work with a flexible work schedule including some weekends, and 60% field travel or more.
