About the role

  • Quality Coordinator responsible for supporting Dexterra's Quality Program in Canada. Overseeing compliance and continuous improvement initiatives while being bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for performing the required Quality Program responsibilities and for providing support to the field Operations
  • Ensure the operations are carried out in accordance with the established Quality Program standards
  • Support in the review of various Quality processes, including documentation, process audits, and auditing system functionality
  • Promote, develop, and oversee compliance of Dexterra Quality system in Remote and Hospitality locations across Canada
  • Assure compliance to customer requirements, and maintain and improve Quality policies, standards, procedures, programs, and practices
  • Model, teach, and drive Dexterra programs, policies and safety culture.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in both written and conversational English and French
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports
  • Fact based and data driven, with a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite; word and excel essential
  • Self-starter, and able to succeed in a fluid and fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills
  • Possess strong people management and relations skills
  • Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Able to work with a flexible work schedule including some weekends, and 60% field travel or more.
