Responsibilities
Rigorously assess clients’ situations
Provide short-term career counselling through an initial meeting and follow-up meetings, including career planning and development and skills assessments
Develop and provide resources and tools based on clients’ needs
Support clients throughout their career journeys through individual counselling
Collaborate closely with the Member Services Manager and a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
Comfortable working in both French and English, verbally and in writing
Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)
Available for a part-time position of at least 21 hours per week
At least 3 years of experience as a career counsellor
Experience with or openness to remote work
Experience working with an adult clientele is an asset
