About the role

  • Enterprise partner marketing manager generating pipeline for Docebo’s AI-powered learning platform. Leading regulated-industry campaigns, ABM programs, and partner-driven field events.

Responsibilities

  • Run joint partner marketing programs with AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and other selected partners to generate Enterprise and Government pipeline
  • Supply target account selection, assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and packaged pitches for AWS demand generation
  • Use partner relationships and workflows to open named ABM accounts and build repeatable processes
  • Collaborate with Partnerships on joint planning, co-funded activities, timelines, and lead commitments
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps
  • Plan and run field events including supper clubs, partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings
  • Co-fund and co-host events with partners, establishing registrant targets and roles
  • Coordinate with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after events to drive meetings, follow-up, and pipeline
  • Support industry events such as HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop and convert them into pipeline
  • Own enterprise marketing for healthcare and public-sector buyers
  • Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals
  • Support federal campaigns through content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays
  • Develop messaging addressing security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles
  • Build programs reaching full buying committees and expanding into new teams within existing accounts
  • Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews
  • Use AI to scale effective marketing activities
  • Measure created, influenced, and accelerated pipeline and adjust channels, events, and partnerships based on results

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • At least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers with 5,000+ employees
  • Demonstrated measurable pipeline and revenue generation
  • Experience making partnerships produce pipeline
  • Experience planning and executing field events that generate meetings and opportunities
  • Fluency in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams
  • Ability to use or learn UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Claude
  • Active application of AI in marketing
  • Experience marketing to healthcare, government, regulated, or public-sector buyers preferred
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships preferred
  • Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare or federal compliance and procurement considerations preferred
  • Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology preferred
