Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories
- Reconcile inventory findings to dealer records
- Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
- Verify collateral and assess condition
- Provide prompt and accurate reporting
- Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
- Use company-supplied tablet PC to perform services
- Conduct inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies throughout the United States and Canada
Requirements
- Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a 300 km radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial
- Ability to perform work at business locations during normal business hours
