About the role
- Hospital inventory application specialist implementing Tecsys healthcare supply-chain software. Configuring solutions, defining processes, and guiding hospital customers through integrations.
Responsibilities
- Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution
- Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes
- Build on-site rapport with customers
- Guide customers through integration of Tecsys software
- Contribute to successful healthcare supply-chain software implementations
- Work within the Professional Services department on implementation and business process-focused projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience at a consulting or software company, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct customer-side software implementation experience
- Experience implementing Performance Tracking Inventory Management for MedSurg and operating room supplies and/or Point of Use (POU) systems
- Experience defining business process requirements, configuring software, loading data, testing, and training
- Strong understanding of hospital supply and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude
- Flexibility and self-learning ability
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Valid Canadian or American passport required due to frequent North American travel
- Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a valid Canadian work permit
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an asset
- Technical aptitude is an asset
