About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution
- Collaborate with the project team to identify client needs and define business processes
- Build trusted, on-site relationships with clients
- Guide clients through the integration of Tecsys software
- Contribute to successful implementations
- Work within the Professional Services department on implementation and business process projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation and consulting, either at a consulting firm or a SaaS software company, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct client-side implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing performance-tracking software, inventory management solutions for medical-surgical (MedSurg) supplies and operating rooms, and/or point-of-use (POU) systems
- Experience defining business processes, configuring software, loading data, conducting testing, and delivering training
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement and inventory management operations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility and ability to learn independently
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Valid Canadian or U.S. passport required
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an asset
- Technical aptitude is an asset
