About the role
- Supervisor leading production associates and coordinating inventory management at DSV in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Ensuring daily operations meet safety and efficiency standards while supporting a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and coordinating production associates performing material handling and inventory management
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager, overseeing daily operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting customer requirements and service level agreements
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to associates, promote continuous improvement, and serve as a key liaison between operations, customers, and site stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–6 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or data center environments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
