About the role
- Forward Deployed Engineer building tailored AI voice and chat integrations for ElevenLabs customers. Owning strategic projects and solving complex technical challenges with customer engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Work hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams
- Advise customers on the best use of ElevenLabs’ technologies
- Design tailored technical solutions for strategic customers
- Brainstorm technical architectures and product features
- Build full-scale integrations
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems
Requirements
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software development
- Deep understanding of software architecture
- Experience with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
- Ability to use logic to pursue optimal solutions
